SUMMARY
Toyota of Easley is seeking a full time Service Valet. We are looking for a team member who is motivated and reliable. The selected candidate will warmly greet customers as they approach the Service Drive. You will assist with moving cars on and off the drive and keeping Service Drive clean and free of debris. You will also place protective plastic on our customer's seat and paper mats on the floor of all incoming cars. Additionally, you will assist in keeping keys organized for easy quick retrieval. Occasionally, you will drive customers to their homes or places of business and pick them up after their vehicle is repaired.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Warmly greet customers as they approach the Service Drive
  • Assist with moving cars on and off the Service Drive
  • Keep Service Drive clean and free of debris
  • Place protective plastic on the seat and paper mats on the floor of all incoming cars
  • Keep keys organized for easy quick retrieval
  • We do vacuum the customer vehicles driver and passenger floor boards.
  • Drives customers to their homes or places of business and picks them up after their vehicle is repaired
  • Pick up and drop off company parts using a company-provided vehicle

REQUIRED SKILLS
  • A clean and valid driver's license is mandatory.
  • Must present themselves professionally and courteously when interacting with customers
  • Must be dependable and conscientious
  • Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Must be able to walk and stand for long periods as well as work outside
  • Must be able to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
  • Professional appearance is required

DESIRED SKILLS
  • Customer service experience is highly preferred.
