Overview

Cumberland Toyota is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales & Leasing Consultant to join our growing team. This role is responsible for assisting customers through the vehicle purchase and leasing process, providing a top-tier dealership experience, and building long-term customer relationships.

We are looking for individuals who are energetic, goal-driven, and passionate about helping customers find the right vehicle.


Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner
  • Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Guide customers through financing and leasing options
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of Toyota lineup and features
  • Follow up with leads via phone, email, and CRM tools
  • Build long-term customer relationships and encourage referrals
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Work collaboratively with sales managers and F&I team


Qualifications
