Job Overview:
The Fulfillment Assembly Shift Lead is responsible for leading the day-to-day fulfillment assembly operations on 2nd Shift. This hands-on role ensures products are assembled accurately, production stays on schedule, quality standards are met, and team members have the support they need to succeed.
Schedule & Compensation Details:
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM.
Pay Range: $21.45 - $24.20/hr

What You'll Do:
  • Lead daily fulfillment assembly line operations.
  • Supervise a team of full-time team members and temporary workers.
  • Set up and break down fulfillment assembly lines.
  • Perform quality checks throughout production.
  • Keep production moving and resolve issues quickly.
  • Prepare customer samples for approval.
  • Assign work and monitor team productivity.
  • Communicate production updates and priorities.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead or Director of Fulfillment.

What We're Looking For:
  • Previous assembly leadership experience required.
  • Strong understanding of assembly processes and one-piece flow.
  • Experience performing quality inspections.
  • Experience leading both full-time team members and temporary workers.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and organization.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and work throughout the shift.
