Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in a wide range of toxic tort matters, including product liability, environmental litigation, and general liability claims.
  • Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve successful outcomes for our clients.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to support legal proceedings and advise clients on legal rights and obligations.
  • Prepare and draft various legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and other legal proceedings.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure the best representation for our clients.
  • Stay abreast of current trends, rulings, and advancements in toxic tort law to ensure compliance and to provide the most effective representation for our clients.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the State Bar of California.
  • 5+ years of experience in toxic tort law, with a focus on product liability, environmental litigation, and general liability claims.
  • Proven experience in defense litigation and insurance defense.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, motion practice, pleadings, and discovery.
  • Ability to handle multiple cases and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.
