Tour Reception Coordinator - Daytona

Starting Pay: $20.00 per Hour
Capital Vacations is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Tour Reception Coordinator to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our guests and plays an important part in creating an exceptional vacation ownership experience.

Position Overview
As a Tour Reception Coordinator, you'll welcome guests, coordinate tour arrivals, support the Sales and Marketing teams, and ensure every guest receives outstanding service from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities
  • Welcome and check in guests for their scheduled tours
  • Assist guests with payments, reservations, and general resort information
  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service
  • Prepare daily tour reports and communicate updates to Sales Leadership
  • Coordinate with Sales Managers regarding owner gifts and tour logistics
  • Monitor tour counts and update leadership throughout the day
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
  • Support administrative projects and other duties as needed

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous administrative, receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
