Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assembly Lead to join our team. The Lead will be responsible for overseeing the assembly process for telecom safety systems such as call boxes, ensuring quality standards are met, and leading a team of workers. We are looking for someone who is reliable and can effectively manage and coordinate production activities including light assembly and provisioning of call box equipment. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply!

Duties:

- Coordinate and oversee the daily production activities

- Ensure production goals and targets are met

- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality

- Communicate to internal and external customers

- Train and mentor team members

- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes

- Troubleshoot issues that arise during the production process

- Maintain inventory levels and order necessary materials

- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications

- Implement and enforce safety protocols

Experience:
