  • 🌱 Provide positive role modeling and teach appropriate life skills to residents.
  • 👀 Conduct direct observation rounds during assigned shifts and document patient behavior.
  • 🧠 Support daily living skills through task assignment, coaching, and supervision.
  • 🎨 Lead or assist with individual and group activities and programs.
  • 👋 Orient patients to the unit and assist with the discharge process.
  • 🗣 Use verbal de-escalation skills when a resident is agitated.
  • 🚶 Accompany patients to meals, recreation, education activities, and unit-based programming.
  • 🛡 Help maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment.
• What We're Looking For
  • 🎓 High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 🔞 Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • 🤝 At least one year of experience in a children's services program or residential setting, or completion of two years of college coursework in social sciences.
  • 🚗 Valid state driver's license required.
  • 🫶 Ability to successfully complete CPR and Crisis Prevention Intervention training during New Hire Orientation.
