As an LPC at our outpatient treatment center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Facilitation of Group Therapy: Lead engaging group therapy sessions that foster a sense of community among clients. Encourage participants to share experiences, explore common issues, and develop coping strategies through collective learning.
• Provision of Individual Therapy: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions that allow clients to delve into their thoughts and emotions. Utilize therapeutic techniques tailored to individual backgrounds and challenges, assisting them in crafting actionable plans toward recovery.
• Development of Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to design personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans, ensuring alignment with their needs and aspirations. Regularly review and adjust these plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
• Monitoring Client Progress: Utilize various assessment tools to evaluate and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment approaches as needed.
• Collaboration with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with other mental health professionals and support staff to coordinate care, share insights, and construct a cohesive treatment approach for complex client cases.

The primary focus of this role is on teens and young adults, ages 18 to 30, who face a range of mental health challenges. These clients may struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. As a counselor, your expertise will be instrumental in guiding them toward recovery through empathetic support and evidence-based interventions.

To qualify for this role, you must possess:

• A valid license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients effectively.
• A dedicated approach to ongoing professional development and a commitment to client-centered care.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
