We are looking for a qualified, dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales and Marketing to drive census growth, expand market share, and enhance our facility's reputation within the healthcare industry.  Location: The Oaks Rehabilitation and HealthcareJob Type: Full-Time  As the Director of Sales and Marketing (Director of Business Development), you will be responsible for leading census development efforts, establishing and nurturing relationships with referral sources, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives. This role requires a motivated, creative, and relationship-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
