40 Hour Week Schedule: Monday 12pm-8pm, Tuesday-Friday 10am-6pm Weekends and On Call as needed

You will support Whitney Center's commitment to resident engagement and fulfillment by maintaining technology solutions that improve operational efficiency, communication, and systems management. As such it is your responsibility to promote a positive work environment and maintain positive work relationships. It is important in this role that you adapt to changing demands courteously and professionally.

Requirements
This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, telecommunications, and technology systems across our senior living community while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Respond to IT service requests and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Wi-Fi, and telecommunications systems.
  • Set up technology for new employees, residents, meetings, and special events.
  • Manage user accounts, keycard access, and basic network infrastructure.
  • Provide technology training and support to staff and residents.
  • Assist with technology projects, inventory, and documentation.
