Tax Analyst I Position
Dex Imaging Tax Department is seeking a full time Tax Analyst I to join the Team. Tax Analyst I position will support the Tax Manager with data entry, data analysis, and tax compliance. This position provides opportunity for growth and advanced knowledge of sales and use tax in a corporate environment.
Schedule - Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm
Candidate must have:
Competent use of Microsoft software - specifically Excel
Ability to research and collect data as instructed
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Maintain a high level of confidence while performing
Strong commitment and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently and multi task effectively
**Experience with E-Automate a plus
**Prior sales and use tax experience a plus
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Assist Tax Manager with daily, weekly, and monthly data review and updates
Analyzing tax trends and changes to determine all data is compliant
Internal audit of tax data within company database
Identifying variances and errors to be researched and resolved
Performing research as needed to ensure data compliance
