Job description

Here is the job description refactored into a scannable format for a confidential pediatric search. All direct references to "HealthPro Pediatrics" and "HealthPro Heritage" have been removed and replaced with high-end, anonymous industry terms.

I noticed from the responsibilities and qualifications sections that this specific role is for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), so I have clearly labeled it as such.

## Confidential: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Pediatrics
  • Setting: Pediatric Therapy (Clinic/Community-Based)
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Target Population: Pediatrics (Infants, Toddlers, and Children)
### Position Overview

A leading, national provider of pediatric therapy services is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join an elite multidisciplinary team. This organization brings together experts across Speech, Physical, Occupational, and ABA therapy to deliver holistic, life-changing care to children and their families.

This is a purpose-driven environment designed for clinicians who want to help children overcome challenges, achieve meaningful milestones, and thrive in a highly collaborative setting.

### Why This Opportunity Stands Out
  • Meaningful Impact: Play a pivotal, rewarding role in helping children build functional independence and confidence.
  • Collaborative Culture: Work alongside a passionate, supportive "family" of multidisciplinary therapists where teamwork, respect, and open communication are foundational.
  • Professional Growth: Access robust, continuous learning and professional development opportunities tailored to pediatric clinical tracks.
  • Commitment to Excellence: Join an organization widely recognized for clinical expertise, high-quality outcomes, and innovative therapy solutions.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Enjoy competitive compensation paired with a top-tier benefits package designed to support your health, financial goals, and long-term success.
### Core Responsibilities
  • Direct Patient Care: Implement customized pediatric treatment plans designed by supervising Physical Therapists. Provide direct care utilizing therapeutic exercises, neuromotor activities, manual therapy, and modality applications tailored to children.
  • Progress Tracking & Education: Closely monitor and document patient progress. Report clinical observations to the Physical Therapist and educate families/caregivers on treatment protocols, home exercises, and adaptive techniques.
  • Accurate Documentation: Maintain pristine, timely documentation of patient treatments and behavioral responses in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Partner closely with supervising PTs, fellow therapists (OT, SLP, ABA), and support staff to ensure seamlessly coordinated care.
### Qualifications
  • Education: Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), or license-eligible.
  • Skills: Strong therapeutic abilities with a natural knack for engaging children. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using pediatric therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
