Position Overview

10-8 Realty is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Remote Data Entry Clerk to support our team with accurate data entry, record maintenance, document organization, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working independently, and capable of handling confidential information with accuracy and discretion.

This position is well suited for someone with strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain information in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
  • Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Process and organize digital documents, forms, records, and reports.
  • Maintain accurate property, client, vendor, and transaction-related records.
  • Verify information and identify discrepancies or missing data.
  • Assist with preparing spreadsheets, reports, and administrative documentation.
  • Organize electronic files and maintain appropriate document-management practices.
  • Respond to internal requests for data and administrative support in a timely manner.
  • Perform routine data quality checks and correct errors when identified.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling company, client, and property information.
  • Follow established procedures for data entry, recordkeeping, and document management.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and provide status updates when needed.
  • Perform other administrative and data-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous data entry, administrative, clerical, or office experience preferred.
  • Strong typing and computer skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home-office environment.

Preferred Skills
