Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art Surgical Center, designed to provide a comfortable and efficient setting for both patients and healthcare providers. The center operates Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. As a part of our team, you will be engaged in various patient care processes, working closely with seasoned professionals in a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed patient assessments and gather comprehensive medical histories to support accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare staff to provide cohesive and integrated care tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Perform physical examinations, authenticate and assess diagnostic tests, and formulate appropriate treatment strategies for diverse patient populations.
  • Administer immunizations, medications, and perform routine health education on preventive measures and lifestyle improvements.
  • Monitor and manage chronic health conditions, and efficiently coordinate referrals for specialized care as necessary.
  • Utilize the EPIC EMR system to ensure precise and timely documentation of patient interactions, enhancing continuity of care.
  • Actively engage in quality improvement initiatives to advance healthcare practices and stay informed about the latest advancements in medical science.
  • Build strong relationships and trust with patients and their families through compassionate, patient-centered care.
  • Adhere strictly to ethical and legal standards in medical practice while maintaining confidentiality throughout patient interactions.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physician Assistant will work with a diverse patient demographic, providing care from infancy through adulthood. Qualifications
  • Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 140,000 to 180,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, full benefits are provided, including:
