Full-Time Swim Instructor
Location: Wisconsin Swim Academy
Hours: 30-40 hours/week
Compensation:
  • Paid training (8-12 weeks)
  • Pay increase upon training completion
  • Eligible for ongoing leadership development

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated, full-time team member who is passionate about helping children and families learn lifesaving swimming skills. Full-time employees are key contributors to our program's culture, consistency, and long-term growth. Those in this role must have strong leadership or management experience and enjoy stepping into decision-making, training, and mentoring opportunities.
What You'll Do
  • Teach high-quality swim lessons to students of all abilities using WSA curriculum
  • Support Emergency Action Plans and maintain safety standards
  • Build positive relationships with families and provide welcoming, encouraging communication
  • Assist with onboarding new instructors and contributing to a strong team culture
  • Maintain consistent availability for scheduling and lesson coverage
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development opportunities

Training
  • 8-12 weeks of paid training
