Job Description Summary:
Maintains sanitary conditions across plant departments, offices, and grounds. Duties include cleaning surfaces, operating cleaning equipment, and sanitizing equipment and facilities. Works in a wet environment, performs groundskeeping, and ensures compliance with food manufacturing practices.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs safely and consistently.

  • Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.

  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

  • Capable of safely operating machinery and equipment.

  • Willingness and ability to learn and adhere to quality control procedures.

  • Physically able to remain on feet and mobile for the duration of the assigned shift (shift lengths may vary).

The roles are scheduled to commence in September/October and conclude in December, with an orientation date set for September. Seasonal employees are expected to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
Pay:
Starting Hourly Rate: $20.85
Shift Differential: $.50 per hour if shifts start at 12:01pm - 3:59am
