The Role:

Grandpa Joe's Candy Shop is looking for a full-time Packaging Specialist at our Robinson Township warehouse for 7am to 3:30pm shift. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in excellent condition. You'll be responsible for carefully boxing and shipping wholesale and online orders while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Since 2012, Grandpa Joe's Candy Shop has grown to 22 locations across Pennsylvania, Ohio, Florida, West Virginia, and Minnesota, expanded our wholesale distribution, and strengthened our online presence. Responsibilities:

  • Box and package products for shipping, ensuring all items are safely packed and labeled.
  • Prepare wholesale and retail store orders for delivery.
  • Handle online order fulfillment with care and precision.
  • Assist with receiving and processing inventory as needed.
  • Ensure all shipments meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Work independently and efficiently to meet daily targets with minimal supervision.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse or packaging experience is a plus but not required.

  • Availability to work 35-40 hours per week, 4-5 days per week.
