A high school diploma is the minimum requirement, while an associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, or a related field is preferred. With at least 2 years of experience in production scheduling, logistics coordination, or manufacturing operations, you should be well-versed in ERP and WMS systems such as Genesis, NetSuite, and Smart Sheets. Strong documentation and recordkeeping abilities are essential for audit compliance, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills are necessary in our fast-paced environment.You must also demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to make timely decisions as situations evolve.
