Cook :

  • Full Time: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM - every other weekend
  • Full Time: Sun 9-2,Wed/thur/Fri/sat 10:30- 7:30pm - every other weekend
  • Full Time: Sun/Mon 11:30-7:30pm-Thur,Fri,sat 11-7:30 every other wknd

Job Summary: Is responsible for the daily preparation of food items in the pantry, fry and/or stations or other areas of the kitchen.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines.
  • Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
  • Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
  • Restocks all items as needed throughout the shift.
  • Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation, organizational skills.
  • Assists with cleaning, sanitization, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.
  • Other duties as requested or assigned.
