We pride ourselves on our team of skilled technicians who ensure that every vehicle we service leaves our facility in top condition.


Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Subaru Technician to join our dynamic service team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive technology, particularly Subaru vehicles, and a strong commitment to quality and efficiency. All our technicians create customized MPI videos for every vehicle they service.


Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair Subaru vehicles including engine, transmission, electrical, and braking systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance like oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
  • Use diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot issues and ensure repairs are done correctly.
  • Follow all manufacturer and dealership procedures to ensure quality service.
  • Communicate with service advisors to provide accurate repair estimates and updates on vehicle status.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Keep abreast of the latest Subaru technology and participate in ongoing training.

Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Technical certification from an accredited automotive school or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as an automotive technician, with a preference for Subaru or other Asian import experience.
  • Proficiency with automotive diagnostic tools and computer systems.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • ASE Certification or Subaru Master Technician certification is highly desirable but not necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Have active NH State Inspection License.
