Effective time management is key—using planners or digital calendars can help prioritize tasks and set realistic deadlines. Setting aside dedicated study blocks, communicating proactively with professors or group members, and being mindful of overcommitting to activities are also important. Many students find that regularly reviewing and adjusting their schedules helps maintain a healthy balance and reduces stress.
