This role is set within a remote framework allowing you to deliver essential mental health services from the comfort of your home while engaging directly with schools and students. You will collaborate closely with educators and parents, ensuring a holistic approach to student well-being. Flexible scheduling is offered, with some evening and weekend hours, to better accommodate the needs of our diverse client base.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain insights into students' mental health concerns, strengths, and coping resources.
• Offer individual, group, and family therapy utilizing various evidence-based approaches, including trauma-focused therapy and cognitive-behavioral methodologies.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that outline clear objectives and interventions tailored to meet the specific needs of students.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and educational professionals to ensure integrated and cohesive care.
• Lead crisis interventions, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans in critical situations.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation complying with all ethical and legal standards necessary for effective clinical practice.
• Facilitate psychoeducation sessions and support groups, fostering a sense of community and belonging among students and families.

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents, offering your expertise to help them navigate through challenges relating to mental health. You will support diverse populations, addressing various mental health issues, including grief, bullying, and environmental stressors that impact their development and academic performance.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience within mental health or outpatient settings.
• Strong grasp of evidence-based therapy modalities and treatment strategies.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with a particular emphasis on active listening and empathy.

• Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) together with educational staff.
• Knowledge of local resources and community services available for children and families.
