About the Position:
We are seeking a dynamic Full-Time Student Salon Manager to join our team in our Springfield, PA School!
As our Full-Time Student Salon Manager, you will be responsible for managing the school's Student Salon and Reception area. Your responsibilities include maintaining a salon-like atmosphere in the school, ensuring all services are executed with a high standard of professionalism, adhering to State Board Protocols, and delivering high levels of customer service to all internal and external customers and guests. This position is also responsible for routing any inquiries to appropriate personnel, inputting necessary data into the company's database, and managing the Point of Sale.
This position may require early morning, evening, and Saturday hours.
The pay rate for this position is $ 25.00 - 26.00 per hour.
Our ideal candidate will possess:
  • An active Cosmetology License or Cosmetology Instructor License as required by state law (required).
  • 1-2 years of salon experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer services and a clerical work environment.
