Job description

Our frozen dessert business is looking for full-time Store Managers to support our Leesburg and Vienna locations. These positions offer a positive, fun work environment with advancement opportunities. (Part-time managers considered.) These positions are non-seasonal.
Each store has walk-up/walk-in business and third-party delivery, as well as catering. Significant interaction by the Store Manager with local business and residential communities is key to each store's business.
Ideal candidates will have superior interpersonal skills, at least two years of progressively responsible experience in a quick service restaurant or other hospitality setting, and work references that can speak to the candidate's strong work ethic. The Store Manager reports to our General Manager.


We are seeking full-time Store Managers but will consider a part-time Manager as well. Compensation is based on an hourly rate of $20+ for a FT position and $19+ for a PT position, both of which may be increased depending on prior job experience. The full-time position also will be eligible for additional benefits, including participation in our company's 401(k) plan, paid time off, access to an Employee Assistance Program via BalanceWorks, access to health insurance reimbursement under a QSEHRA, and eligibility for discretionary bonuses.
Essential duties include:



• Overall store management


• Generating sales growth and market expansion


• Cash, inventory and cost management
• Supervision of assistant managers and shift leaders
• Management of staff hiring, training and scheduling


• Ensuring product consistency and store appearance


• Maintenance of major equipment
• Promoting a team atmosphere




Weekday daytime availability (at least 3 days) is required.
