You'll help coordinate schedules to ensure strong floor coverage, confidently step into the Manager-on-Duty role when needed, and foster a positive, accountable team culture that reflects the values of Stan's Shoes.What We're Looking For2+ years of retail or customer-facing experiencePrevious leadership experience (keyholder, supervisor, or similar)Strong communication skills with the ability to coach and motivate othersSales-driven mindset with a track record (or strong desire) to meet and exceed goalsOrganized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentReliable, professional, and self-motivatedPreferred:Footwear, apparel, or specialty retail experienceExperience training or developing team membersUnderstanding of sales metrics and performance trackingWhat We OfferPay & ScheduleWeekly base pay of $575 + commission (starting at 7%)Estimated annual earnings: $37,500–$45,000+ (based on performance; excluding bonuses)Bonus opportunities based on individual and store performanceFull-Time: 40–45 hours per weekA varied schedule that includes daytime, evening, and weekend shiftsThis is a full-time management position with a schedule that changes based on business needs.
