Job description

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Full-Time Closing Team Member to join our restaurant team. This position plays an important role in ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently during evening hours and is properly prepared for the next business day. The ideal candidate is dependable, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in cleanliness, organization, and guest service.


The Closing Team Member will support all areas of restaurant operations throughout the evening shift, including guest service, food and beverage preparation, cleaning and sanitation, stocking, and completing assigned closing duties. This individual must be able to work independently while also supporting the team to maintain operational standards during peak evening periods.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and efficient guest service at all times
  • Prepare food and beverages according to company standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and equipment
  • Complete nightly cleaning and sanitation procedures
  • Restock products, supplies, and inventory throughout the shift
  • Assist with dishwashing and garbage removal as required
  • Support drive-thru, front counter, and production areas as needed
  • Follow food safety, health, and workplace safety procedures
  • Ensure all closing checklists and operational tasks are completed before the end of shift
  • Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to maintain smooth restaurant operations


Availability Requirements

  • Full-time availability required
  • Must be available to work five days per week
