Springfield Suites A Rehab and Nursing Center
Springfield, IL
$36โ€“$38/hour

Springfield Suites Rehab and Nursing Center is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. This position offers the opportunity to provide individualized therapy services that support resident mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct physical therapy evaluations and establish treatment plans based on resident needs
  • Provide therapy focused on gait training, transfers, strengthening, endurance, mobility, and pain management
  • Collaborate with PTA staff, nursing, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Monitor resident progress and update treatment approaches as appropriate
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
