As a repeat Sitecore Partner of the Year and Experience Award winner, we continue to expand our Sitecore practice and are looking for developers early in their careers who are eager to grow their expertise in the Sitecore ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who has recently started their journey with Sitecore and wants to work alongside experienced developers while building scalable digital experiences for enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
  • Work as part of a collaborative development team following Sitecore best practices and Helix guidelines
  • Assist in building and maintaining Sitecore components, templates, and renderings
  • Support the development and enhancement of Sitecore-based websites and digital platforms
  • Work with senior developers and project leads to implement technical solutions based on project requirements
  • Participate in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality releases
  • Assist with integration work between Sitecore and other platforms or APIs
  • Contribute to maintaining development workflows and CI/CD pipelines
  • Continue developing knowledge of the Sitecore platform and related technologies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience working with Sitecore, or hands-on experience through projects or internships
  • Familiarity with Sitecore templates, renderings, and APIs
  • Understanding of Sitecore Helix principles and modular architecture
  • Experience with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET
  • Basic experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Exposure to search and indexing technologies such as Solr or Coveo is a plus
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
  • Interest in working with modern Sitecore technologies including headless and composable architectures
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow within the Sitecore ecosystem
  • Exposure to SXA or headless Sitecore implementations preferred
  • Familiarity with React.js or Next.js preferred
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or CI/CD pipelines preferred
  • Sitecore certification or interest in pursuing certification preferred
