Current Home is hiring motivated door-to-door Field Marketing Representatives for our Riverside & Hemet offices to help homeowners schedule appointments with our solar consultants throughout the Inland Empire.
This is a full-time W2 position offering guaranteed hourly pay, uncapped commissions, paid training, benefits, and long-term growth opportunities within one of the fastest-growing solar companies in Southern California.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $18/hr starting base pay (up to $20/hr depending on experience)
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Average earnings: $60,000-$75,000+ annually
  • Top performers earning $90,000+
  • Weekly pay

What You'll Do:
