Job description

💡 About the Role

Looking to step into the world of robotics, artificial intelligence, and virtual reality? No prior experience is required—we train you from scratch!

As a Robot Teleoperator, you will join FS Studio in partnership with cutting-edge tech clients. You’ll be at the forefront of AI research, operating advanced robots using VR technology and precision control systems to collect high-quality data for next-generation robotics.

This is a real-time, shift-based operations role. Each robot is operated by a dynamic 2-person team (Operator & Observer/Reset Operator) who rotate roles to ensure smooth performance, high quality, and zero machine downtime. Think of it as precision gaming meets hands-on tech operations!

🌟 What You’ll Do
  • Robot Teleoperation: Operate and control advanced robots using VR headsets, haptic gloves, dual-analog controllers, and multi-monitor setups.

  • Data Collection & Annotation: Execute precise manipulation tasks to collect, label, organize, and upload high-quality datasets for AI models.

  • Troubleshooting & Documentation: Log shift activity, follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), and report software/hardware issues.

✅ Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (1–2 years out of high school or some college coursework preferred).

  • Soft Skills: Highly detail-oriented, punctual, reliable, and a strong team player.

  • Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

🎓 Preferred (But NOT Required)
  • Background or interest in tech, gaming, or computer systems.

  • Experience with console/PC gaming or multi-monitor setups.

  • Prior experience in shift-based or operational environments.

🧑‍💼 Ready to Build the Future of Robotics?

If you're curious, reliable, and looking for a foot in the door to the tech and robotics industry, join FS Studio and grow with us!
