The Mind Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team on a full-time basis in a remote capacity. As a critical member of our detox center, you will provide invaluable support to clients facing significant mental health challenges. This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still contributing to a dynamic and supportive team dedicated to mental wellness. Although the work is remote, you will engage actively with colleagues through virtual platforms, fostering a collaborative atmosphere. As an integral part of our detox center, you will collaborate with a diverse range of professionals and enjoy access to comprehensive training resources.

• Provide therapy and support to clients dealing with mental illness and severe emotional problems through virtual sessions and in the community.
• Engage in collaborative team meetings to strategize and align on treatment plans, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.
• Conduct thorough assessments, develop integrated care plans, and ensure that interventions are evidence-based, developmentally appropriate, and tailored to client needs.
• Implement and facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, effectively managing a caseload of clients.
• Perform crisis intervention when necessary, applying de-escalation techniques and supportive counseling.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and progress reports to track client outcomes effectively.
• Participate in quality improvement committees, contributing insights and practical solutions to enhance service delivery.
• Engage in professional development to stay current with best practices and enhance your clinical skills.

The clients you will work with primarily include individuals struggling with mental health disorders, often compounded by substance use issues. Our organization specifically targets those from underserved communities, where access to quality mental health care may be limited. Your role will be pivotal in providing these individuals with the support and resources they need to achieve recovery and enhance their quality of life.

• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (MSW preferred) and possess an active LCSW license.
• A minimum of two years of experience in clinical settings, particularly in mental health or detox environments.
• Strong understanding of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and intervention techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective collaboration with a diverse clientele and interdisciplinary teams.
• A commitment to ethical practice and adherence to established professional standards.

• Experience working in detox centers or addiction treatment programs is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Skills in implementing integrated care approaches to enhance service delivery.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
