Soccer Shots Boston is looking for an energetic and passionate Full Time Children's Soccer Coach to inspire the next generation of players! This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your love of soccer with the rewarding experience of shaping young minds through sport. If you thrive in a fun, active environment and love working with kids, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate soccer coaching sessions for young children
  • Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all participants
  • Teach fundamental soccer skills including dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player progress
  • Manage group behavior and maintain energy and enthusiasm throughout sessions
  • Travel to various program locations throughout the Boston area
  • Assist with program setup, breakdown, and equipment management
Requirements:
  • Experience working with young children in a coaching, teaching, or childcare setting
  • Strong soccer knowledge and background as a player or coach
  • Excellent communication, patience, and classroom management skills
