About the Role:
Soccer Shots - SouthEast Mass is looking for an energetic and passionate Full Time Children's Soccer Coach to join their team in Wareham, MA! This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your love of soccer with the joy of making a positive impact on young athletes. If you thrive in a fun, active environment and love working with kids, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate soccer coaching sessions for children in a safe and engaging environment
  • Lead youth soccer drills, games, and skill-building activities that promote physical development and teamwork
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player progress and program updates
  • Maintain a positive, encouraging, and high-energy atmosphere during all sessions
  • Set up and break down equipment at various program locations throughout the SE Massachusetts area
  • Uphold Soccer Shots' curriculum, values, and coaching standards at all times
  • Adapt coaching techniques to meet the needs of diverse age groups and skill levels
Requirements:
