The ideal candidate will have previous experience in manufacturing, production, batching, mixing, food processing, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or a similar hands-on production environment. • Produce handcrafted bar soaps and liquid soaps while adhering to strict quality and consistency requirements.
  • Operate, monitor, and clean mixing, pouring, and molding equipment.
  • Perform quality checks throughout the production process to verify ingredient accuracy, texture, appearance, and overall product quality.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies in formulas, measurements, materials, or finished products.
  • Cut, package, and label finished products as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
  • Follow all safety procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and company guidelines.
  • Assist with inventory management, material handling, and restocking supplies.
  • Support additional production and manufacturing tasks as assigned.

  • Comfortable working with weights, measurements, ingredients, and detailed production specifications.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commitment to quality, safety, and product standards.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
