Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $81,900 - $110,600 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. More about you * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. * At least five years of experience in hospitality or hotel management, including food service, lodging, and retail; preferably with experience in outdoor adventure and event managment. * Experience managing facilities maintenance and projects. * A passion for the outdoors with familiarity of the safety standards, equipment maintenance, and emergency response practices essential in high-risk adventure settings is preferred  * Ability to develop and maintain transparent, effective, and positive relationships with key stakeholders. * A commitment to excellence in guest service. * Strong organization, communication, analytical, and team-building skills. * Must possess a valid driver's license. The property features a main lodge with a restaurant and retail shop. Nova Guides provides ATV/UTV guided tours and rentals, winter snowmobile and snow coach guided tours and rentals, and private fly fishing and archery instruction.
