Requirements

The Radiologic / CT Technologist independently performs a full scope of computed tomography (CT), radiographic, and fluoroscopic procedures. This role is responsible for acquiring and analyzing diagnostic data at the request of and for interpretation by a licensed practitioner. The technologist prepares, administers, and documents medications and radiation exposure in compliance with all federal and state laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

A high degree of accuracy in positioning, exposure technique, and radiation safety is essential. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1.Must demonstrate high level of detail orientation.
2. Must be current on state-of-the-art office technology, including entire Microsoft Office Suite, and other office technologies.
3. Solid ability to handle highly confidential, sensitive information. Position requires a high level of professionalism, tact, discretion, and integrity.
4. Must have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities; demonstrate resourcefulness and good problem-solving skills

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Must have graduated from an approved ARRT program; and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
