The Anaplan Solutions Architect’s primary responsibility includes designing solutions for our clients in Anaplan and other technologies from front end to backend. The right candidate will have deep expertise in model building and can deliver results for complex problems in different industries.

Responsibilities of the Solutions Architect Include:

  • Formulate and develop implementation strategy for identification of business requirements, process design and sustainable solutions for our clients

  • Demonstrate technical knowledge for software implementations including activities around field to field data mapping, conversion validation, system and security configuration, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing

  • Identify gaps in requirements, testing, or communication issues in client delivery

  • Provide technical instruction by actively mentoring team members through improvement of delivery of optimal solutions

  • Serve as the software subject matter expert throughout the implementation life cycle

  • Translate business processes and requirements into technical requirements & design documentation, solution design, and system configurations to support customer’s desired to-be state

  • Assist with determining priorities, scope, timeline, goals, and key milestones for projects

  • Communicate well written and orally at all levels‐managerial, technical and user

Required Qualifications:

  • Background in financial/multi-dimensional modeling, analytics or business intelligence

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in implementing Performance Management Solutions using Anaplan

  • Prior experience in a project team environment using structured methodologies for gathering business requirements, business processes, data conversions and system interfaces

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem‐solving skills

  • Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Management and Technology, Engineering or related field and equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with Consolidation/Financial Reporting, Sales Performance Management, Supply Chain, Management Reporting, or Enterprise Operational Planning

  • Prior experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), like Agile methodologies

  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) – SQL, ANSI SQL, MySQL, PL/SQL in Oracle, PartiQL in AWS, SAS

  • Prior experience in business development and providing sales support, including contribution to RFPs and conducting demo sessions for prospective clients

  • Ability to work independently, manage small engagements, or parts of a larger engagement

  • Familiarity with Sales Performance Management solutions

  • Prior experience with leading ETL tools (Informatica, SnapLogic, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI))

  • Anaplan Certification, such as Master Anaplanner or Anaplan Solution Architect

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
