Vitality Bowls Store Manager Position Description
We are looking for a dependable, energetic, and experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations at Vitality Bowls. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the team, maintaining excellent customer service, ensuring food quality, controlling inventory, and keeping the store clean, organized, and running smoothly.
The ideal candidate should be a strong leader who can work in a fast-paced environment, motivate staff, solve problems quickly, and create a positive experience for every guest.
Responsibilities
The Store Manager will:
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Lead, train, coach, and support team members.
  • Create staff schedules and ensure proper shift coverage.
  • Maintain high standards for customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and speed of service.
  • Ensure all bowls, smoothies, juices, and food items are prepared according to company standards.
  • Monitor inventory, place orders, receive deliveries, and reduce food waste.
  • Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and quickly.
  • Manage cash handling, deposits, POS procedures, and daily sales reporting.
  • Hold employees accountable for attendance, performance, and company policies.
  • Support sales growth through guest engagement, catering opportunities, promotions, and community outreach.
  • Communicate store needs, staffing issues, maintenance concerns, and operational updates to ownership.
Qualifications
  • Previous restaurant, caf, smoothie shop, or food service management experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to train and motivate a team.
  • Must be reliable, organized, professional, and punctual.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of scheduling, inventory, POS systems, and cash handling.
  • Food Handler or Food Manager Certification preferred.
  • Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 3050 pounds when needed.
Position Summary
This is a full-time leadership role for someone who takes ownership, leads by example, and understands the importance of consistency, cleanliness, and great customer service.
