We're looking for a motivated, high-energy Inside Sales Representative who loves competition, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, and wants to earn as much money as possible. If you're someone who thrives on sales, enjoys building relationships, and is driven by commission, we want to hear from you.
Position Summary
This isn't an order-taking position—we're looking for a hunter.
As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to hammer the phones, generate new business, reactivate dormant accounts, grow existing customers, and maximize sales every single day.

Responsibilities
  • Make a high volume of outbound sales calls every day
  • Prospect and open new wholesale accounts
  • Reactivate inactive customers and grow existing accounts
  • Build strong relationships with smoke shops, vape shops, convenience stores, liquor stores, and other retail customers
  • Educate customers on new products, promotions, and pricing
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
  • Follow up on leads and customer inquiries promptly
  • Enter orders accurately and maintain customer records
  • Use CRM software to manage your sales pipeline and customer activity
  • Work closely with management to identify sales opportunities and market trends
  • Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sale
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of inside sales, telesales, account management, or B2B sales experience
  • Comfortable making 75–150+ outbound sales calls per day
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals
  • Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills
  • Highly competitive with a strong desire to win
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Comfortable using CRM software and able to quickly learn new systems and business applications
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Willing to Travel for Customer Engagements (Valid Real ID/Passport)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the vape, nicotine, tobacco, convenience store, beverage, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries
  • Existing relationships with smoke shops, vape shops, convenience stores, or wholesale distributors
  • Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar CRM platforms
