Job description

About Small Town Pediatrics

The Small Town Pediatrics brand is small - warm, welcoming, and supportive. We know our patient families and they know us. Our vision is large - serving rural communities with modern convenience, asynchronous communication, and partnership with community leadership. Small Town Pediatrics is recognized as a highly valued asset by parents and other health system providers in the communities we serve

Working with Small Town Pediatrics

At Small Town Pediatrics you will have time to enjoy the bounty and diversity of the Pacific Northwest. Clinicians share call by telephone only - no hospital rounding. Our practice closes at 5:00 Monday through Friday, with no after hours or weekend appointments. We offer protected administrative time each week.

Looking for more connection with your patient families than a 10 minute visit with your hand on the doorknob? Small Town Pediatrics is designed to be profitable seeing 12 patients per clinician per day. That allows us time to connect with and serve our families. Our focus is on preventive care and developmental guidance, as well as managing children with complex medical needs who donโ€™t happen to live in population centers with tertiary care resources. Our capable team and smart scheduling ensures a good flow for the workday and support to meet our patientsโ€™ needs.

If you could deal with NextGen and Epic, you are going to love the intuitive nature of Physician's Computer Company (PCC). PCC is an independent software solutions firm exclusively working to meet the needs of independent pediatricians. With 35 years serving pediatrics and thoughtful improvements, PCC helps Small Town Pediatrics efficiently manage our EHR.

Location Amenities

Do you like wine, craft beer, craft cocktails, an abundance of local seasonal agricultural products, fresh seafood, quaint and a walkable downtown, access to waterfalls and hiking?
