We are currently seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting in Arab, AL. Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday

About the Facility:
Join a respected Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Arab, AL known for providing high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You'll have access to strong clinical leadership, mentorship, and a supportive environment where your professional growth is encouraged.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Estimated rate range. ≈ $35-50/hr, depending on experience, setting, and location
  • Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Document patient progress using EMR systems
  • Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to deliver coordinated care
  • Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment goals and progress
✓ Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
  • Current AL SLP license (or eligibility)
  • CCC-SLP preferred, but CFs will be considered when supervision is available
  • Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
