NOVA Plastic Surgery & Dermatology | Ashburn & McLean (Tysons), VA

Through our partnership with SkinCeuticals, we deliver science-backed skincare, innovative treatments, and a luxury patient experience from consultation through long-term skin health. We are seeking a talented Aesthetician or Master Aesthetician who is passionate about helping patients look and feel their best while providing the highest standard of clinical care.

AT A GLANCE:

Locations: Dual-site flexibility between Ashburn (SkinLab) & McLean (Boro)

Compensation: $20$24/hr (DOE) + Commission + Gratuity

Schedule: Full-Time | Evenings & Weekends Required

Licensure: Active Virginia Aesthetician or Master Aesthetician License

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Elevated Patient Care & Consultations

Conduct high-touch, comprehensive skin consultations utilizing VISIA Skin Analysis.

Curate custom, long-term treatment strategies and medical-grade home care regimens (featuring SkinCeuticals).

Deliver seamless handoffs by referring clients to our Plastic Surgeons and PAs for advanced cosmetic procedures.

Clinical Excellence & Treatments

Administer advanced aesthetic treatments including medical-grade facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, and laser hair removal.

Maintain flawless clinical documentation, standardized before-and-after photography, and stringent safety standards. Practice Growth & Luxury Experience Deliver a warm, white-glove experience from initial consultation through posttreatment follow-up.

Drive retail success organically through education and tailored product recommendationsnever hard sales.

Partner with marketing to showcase treatments, events, and results across our digital platforms.

Requirements:

License: Active VA Aesthetician or Master Aesthetician License.

Experience: 1+ years in medical aesthetics, cosmetic dermatology, or high-end luxury spa environments (2+ years preferred)

Skills: Proficient in facial treatments, peels, dermaplaning (preferred), and custom treatment planning.

Exceptionally professional demeanor, refined communication, and immaculate presentation.
