Description
We're looking for a curious, hands-on Skincare R&D Technician to support the development of innovative personal care formulas. This role plays an important part in bringing new ideas to life through batching, testing, and close collaboration with our Formulation Chemists. The ideal candidate is a team player with a growth mindset who enjoys asking questions, exploring new ideas, and contributing to the development of innovative products in a constantly evolving industry.
A Few Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Bring new skincare concepts to life by preparing and batching formulations for development, evaluation, and testing
  • Partner closely with formulators and cross-functional teams to document observations, share results, and support product development decisions
  • Conduct stability evaluations and performance assessments on products throughout the development process
  • Gather, organize, and communicate technical data and insights to support formulation optimization and project advancement
  • Prepare prototypes and samples for internal review, testing, and customer presentations
  • Provide documentation, standards, and developmental support to internal stakeholders
  • Maintain a well-organized, safe, and collaborative laboratory environment that supports creativity, experimentation, and efficiency
  • Care for laboratory equipment through routine cleaning, calibration, and basic maintenance
  • Support hands-on experimentation by assisting formulators with product development trials and investigations
  • Contribute ideas, observations, and solutions that help drive continuous improvement within the R&D team
  • Participate in special projects and other initiatives that support the evolution of our customer and product portfolio

Our Benefits & Culture:
At Twincraft, we believe great work happens when people feel supported-both at work and at home. With a head for business and a heart for people, we take a unique, thoughtful approach to benefits, meeting employees where they are and focusing on what matters most to them and their families.
What We Offer:
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance (effective after 30 days)
  • 401(k) with up to a 5% company match
  • Minimum of 3 weeks paid time off + 80 hours of paid holidays
  • Dependent Care Account (pre-tax contributions)
  • Paid parental leave
  • Short- and long-term disability coverage
  • Company-paid life insurance
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Unique to Twincraft:
  • Annual hunting and fishing license reimbursement
  • Discounted gym membership at The Edge
  • Company-supported charitable giving (monetary & in-kind)
  • Free financial advising through Morgan Stanley
  • Onsite Resource Coordinator (United Way Working Bridges)
  • Income Advance Loan Program (North Country Federal Credit Union)
  • Year-round company events
  • Paid volunteer opportunities

Position Requirements
