$65,000 Base + Commission | $75,000-$95,000+ Realistic Total Comp
THE ROLE
You take signed design agreements - decks, porches, pergolas, hardscape, outdoor living spaces - and turn them into refined designs, accurate estimates, and closed projects. Our Project Developers sell the agreement and hand you a committed client. You own the design and the technical side of the presentation; they close.
PDP holds Trex/TimberTech Platinum Contractor status, is a certified Moistureshield and Deckorators dealer, and is the exclusive Equinox louvered roof dealer in North Metro Atlanta.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 3+ years designing/estimating decks, porches, or outdoor living projects specifically
  • Working knowledge of modern decking materials and outdoor construction
  • Proficiency with design software (SketchUp, Chief Architect, Realtime Landscape Architect, or similar)
  • Strong client-facing presence
  • Comfort working inside a defined system, not building your own process

Responsibilities
โ€ข Refine client designs after a signed design agreement
โ€ข Produce 3D renderings and drawings
โ€ข Build estimates in JobTread using our pricing systems
โ€ข Co-present designs with the Project Developer, owning all technical questions
โ€ข Coordinate with the build team so designs are fully buildable
