The Paid Search Manager is passionate about delivering results by applying Paid Search best practices to campaign execution, leverages data analysis to identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, simplifies existing processes, and innovates to drive long-term results. In this role, you will work closely with a group of search experts to drive the acquisition of new customers, promote the adoption of new services, generate leads, and create unique, customer-centric experiences through search.
Our ideal candidate has experience building, maintaining, and managing Paid Search campaigns, leveraging data and insights to improve performance metrics like conversion rate, quality score and impression share, running ad copy and landing page tests, and working in conjunction with other paid media channels to drive conversions.
AWS Marketing leads the charge in cloud innovation, inspiring and empowering customers and partners to unlock their cloud potential. We shape AWS's industry perception through compelling narratives that demonstrate our leadership in AI and transformative solutions, while driving customer growth across our vast service portfolio. Our team delivers personalized, connected experiences that foster AWS adoption across diverse industries, continuously adapting our strategy to stay ahead in our digital-first world. Join our forward-thinking team to shape the future of cloud computing, contributing to strategic initiatives that respond to evolving technology, industry, and customer requirements. You'll collaborate globally to translate complex technology into clear, valuable solutions, creating impactful programs that drive AWS's growth in an inclusive, collaborative environment where diverse perspectives and bold thinking thrive.
Key job responsibilities
* Contribute to the day-to-day management of Paid Search campaigns through tactical execution and account maintenance.
* Uphold a high bar for account health and executional excellence by maintaining existing operational mechanisms and identifying opportunities to build new ones.
* Work within a group of search experts to drive acquisition, adoption, lead generation, and create unique customer experiences.
* Contribute to campaign-level testing strategies for ad copy and landing page experiences that improve the customer experience.
* Seek to answer business questions and inform decisions by diving deep into data to surface insights and make recommendations to optimize and improve performance.
* Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
* Challenge the status quo and push for the best customer experience.
* Insist on the highest standards and prioritize long-term results over short-term gains.
* Have a backbone, question assumptions, and strive for continuous improvement in campaigns and customer experiences
