Job DescriptionAs a Production Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of Tier 1 Asset Management platforms that support businesscritical investment and compliance operations.You will work at the intersection of engineering, data, and financial domain expertise, supporting highavailability systems while embracing AInative ways of working.ResponsibilitiesYour Impact
  • Provide Level 2/3 production support for a Tier 1 Asset Management application, ensuring high availability, stability, and operational resilience.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents with a strong focus on rootcause analysis and prevention.
  • Execute complex SQL queries to investigate data issues, validate transactions, and support business and compliance workflows.
  • Partner with development, infrastructure, and business teams to support releases, patches, and production changes.
  • Support investment compliance processes by monitoring data accuracy, system behavior, and exception handling.
  • Participate in oncall rotations, including flexible hours and weekend support, to meet businesscritical SLAs.
  • Leverage automation, scripting, and AIassisted tooling to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes, documentation, and operational runbooks.
QualificationsYour Skills & Experience
  • Handson experience providing production support for enterprisescale, missioncritical applications.
  • Strong experience supporting Tier 1 Asset Management or Financial Services platforms.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, performance analysis, and data validation.
  • Solid understanding of the Asset Management domain, including trade lifecycle and downstream reporting.
  • Working knowledge of Investment Compliance concepts and controls.
  • Experience with Python for scripting, automation, or operational tooling.
  • Familiarity with AIassisted or AInative approaches to monitoring, incident analysis, or operational optimization.
  • Experience working in highavailability, productioncritical environments with strict SLAs.
  • Willingness and ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay Range: $102,000 - $155,000
