The salary for this position is $265,000 annually, based on a full-time schedule. Compensation is prorated for part-time roles. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.

As a Nocturnist, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive, compassionate care to hospitalized patients during evening and overnight hours. You will join a collegial and mission-driven team committed to clinical excellence, innovation, and education.
What You'll Do
  • Deliver exceptional patient-centered care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide comprehensive overnight inpatient coverage, including admissions, cross-coverage, and acute care management.
  • Participate in quality and safety initiatives to drive clinical excellence.
  • Work with a dynamic team in a collegial environment that values respect, kindness, and teamwork.
