Job Summary
The Section of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology within the Division of Gynecology in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Michigan is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible MD or DO to join the department as a full-time specialist in Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology. The position will be at the level of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor on the clinical track pending candidate qualifications. Candidates will be expected to practice the full scope of general Gynecology and Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology. Participation in the training of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology advanced trainees is expected. Gynecology call entails urgent/emergent surgeries, emergency department and inpatient consultations. Additional responsibilities include supervision of advanced practice providers in the outpatient setting and teaching medical students and resident physicians. Participation in clinical quality improvement, education, research and patient safety efforts and initiatives within the department is encouraged.

Background Screening
