  • Develop repair strategies, technical specifications, and qualification requirements for components and vendor services
  • Collaborate with Asset Management, O&M, and Project teams to optimize fleet performance and reliability
  • Lead or contribute to standardization of engineering practices, commissioning processes, and troubleshooting methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of AI methodologies and tools, with the ability to apply them to complex engineering and operational challenges

  • Commissioning Expertise: Experience with system startup, validation, and transition to operations
  • Advanced Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, both remote and hands-on
  • Root Cause Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead or facilitate RCA processes and implement lasting solutions
  • Component Knowledge: Familiarity with generators, converters, switchgear, and major wind turbine subsystems
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Ability to work with OEMs, contractors, and internal teams
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience using operational data to identify trends and drive improvements
  • Communication & Leadership: Capable of influencing teams and clearly conveying technical findings
