What You'll Do

  • Deliver automotive parts to dealerships, repair shops, wholesale customers, and commercial accounts
  • Pick up parts, cores, returns, and vendor orders as needed
  • Load, unload, and transport automotive parts safely and efficiently
  • Verify invoices, packing slips, and delivery paperwork for accuracy
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
  • Collect payments and delivery confirmations when required
  • Communicate with the Parts Department regarding deliveries, pickups, and customer requests
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, organizing, and labeling inventory
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained delivery vehicle
  • Provide exceptional customer service and represent Rydell Chevrolet professionally at every delivery
  • Follow all company policies, DOT safety practices, and traffic regulations
  • Assist the Parts Department with additional warehouse and inventory duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous experience as a Delivery Driver, Route Driver, Warehouse Associate, Shipping & Receiving Associate, Parts Driver, or Automotive Parts Associate is preferred, but not required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to lift and move automotive parts weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record
