Job description

Description
The RV Valet/Porter is responsible for moving RVs in and out of the service area, as well as transporting RVs to and from the dealership or customer locations. They also assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service area and coaches.
Work Hours:
Thursday - Saturday & alternating Sunday; 7:00a - 7:00p
Pay Range: $18 - $21 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
  • Move RVs in and out of the service and storage areas.
  • Complete storage departure checks, batteries, water, tire pressures and turn refer on prior to a customer's departure from storage
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the area.
  • Report any issues with RVs to the service manager.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints in a timely manner.
  • Follow safety procedures and use equipment properly.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a similar position preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record. (CDL Preferred)
  • Good time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and efficiently

Working Conditions:
  • Work is primarily conducted on-site at the service shop
  • May require extended periods of standing, walking, and bending
  • May require lifting or moving heavy equipment or objects
  • May require working in tight spaces or at heights
  • May require exposure to natural elements such as inclement weather, extreme temperatures
